She said if he had been a girl, she would have given her Sleeping Beauty instead. :)Kh. You and your family are in our prayers during this exhausting, but joyous and blessed time.leahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08012477047934081803noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5602038461808265711.post-72565385155539966542010-06-13T17:33:59.642-05:002010-06-13T17:33:59.642-05:00I'm glad you were able to get away before the ...I'm glad you were able to get away before the baby was born! I rarely leave my children, so it is a treat when I am able to. Although, I really love being with them, so I am usually torn about leaving them. :) I hope your church will provide meals once your family has gone. That is always such a big help!Michelle M.https://www.blogger.com/profile/17971436981332903683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5602038461808265711.post-37738521896569920052010-06-13T17:05:03.757-05:002010-06-13T17:05:03.757-05:00Don't worry——I'm eating well. And then they'll be switching off for the next couple of weeks.

Normally, my church does meals too. I'm hoping for some after the grandmas go home.

Is it bad that I am looking forward to missing church on Sunday mornings because I get a quiet morning to sleep with my without being pounced on by my older girls? :)

Michelle, over the second weekend during Lent, I went with some ladies from our church to a women's monastery. This was the first time I'd left my kids with Daddy overnight EVER. It was great! And they all survived without me. :) (Even the nursing one!)Kh. Everything is more complicated, as far as timing, with three little ones, but you need to make sure that you have some time to yourself and time to take care of yourself. Not that I should talk because this past Friday was the first time I have been ALONE in almost ten months (since before I became a mother of three). Yup, that's pretty crazy. So don't follow in my footsteps :)Michelle M.https://www.blogger.com/profile/17971436981332903683noreply@blogger.com
